Master cylinder; power assist booster and valve; wheel cylinders; calipers; combination valve; steel lines and fittings; backing plates; vacuum assist booster pump; springs, clips and retainers; self-adjusters; rear activators; parking brake linkage and cables; Anti-Lock Brakes (ABS) electronic control unit; anti-lock computer module; wheel speed sensors/exciters; proportioning valves; high pressure hydraulic pump; electro-hydraulic proportioning control valves; accumulator of the covered vehicle.
DAY 1 COVERAGE:
The waiting period is eliminated, and coverage begins on the vehicle purchase date.
SEALS & GASKETS COVERAGE:
Seals and gaskets for all covered assemblies are covered independently or in conjunction with a covered repair.
RENTAL EXPENSE
Reimbursement for substitute transportation in the event of a covered mechanical breakdown.
TOWING EXPENSE
In the event of a covered repair, reimbursement of up to $100 for towing service.

The below options can be added to your coverage level to create a program customized to your needs and budget:
ENHANCED LIMITS OF LIABILITY: If the Enhanced Limits of Liability option is purchased the Limits of Liability are expanded based on the coverage level and additional options chosen. See your dealer representative for details.
SHORTENED WAITING PERIOD: If the Shortened Waiting Period option is purchased, the waiting period is shortened to thirty (30) days AND one thousand (1,000) kilometres.
COOLING COVERAGE (Included in X-2 coverage and above): If the Cooling Coverage option is purchased, coverage is provided for the Radiator; fan clutch and fan; engine cooling fan motors; thermostat; heater core of the covered vehicle.
FUEL DELIVERY COVERAGE(Included in X-2 coverage and above): If the Fuel Delivery Coverage option is purchased, coverage is provided for the Fuel injector metering pump; fuel injectors; fuel distributor; fuel pump driver module; diesel injection pump; fuel tank; metal fuel lines of the covered vehicle.
STEERING COVERAGE (Included in X-3 coverage and above): If the Steering Coverage option is purchased, coverage is provided for all internal parts in rack and pinion; all internal parts in recirculating ball housing; couplings; gear housing; power steering pump; steering main and intermediate shafts; power cylinder assembly; power steering cooler; control valve; Pitman arm; idler arm; tie rod ends; drag link / centre link of the covered vehicle.

Are your programs fully insured?
Yes, our programs are fully insured by A rated insurance companies.
How do I know if my vehicle is eligible for coverage?
If your vehicle is less than the current model year and 20 previous model years old and has less than 320,000 KM on the odometer then we have coverage options for you. We even have coverage options for the following:
- Hybrid/ Electric Vehicles
- Commercial Use Vehicles
- Lifted Body/ Suspension and/or Oversized Tires
- Modified Vehicles
- Branded Title Vehicle
What is covered under an Xtended Auto Service Agreement?

What else is included in my Extended Service Agreement purchase?
The Xtra Series program has the additional benefits of Towing Assistance and Rental Expense.
Is there a deductible?
The Xtra Series standard plan includes a small deductible of $100 per breakdown, as well as an additional option of a $250 deductible.
What is the limit that will be covered under my Xtra Series Auto Plan?
The Limit of Liability covered under the Xtra Series Auto Plan will vary depending on the level of coverage and any additional options you select. Please contact your Dealer or an Xtended Auto Representative for complete coverage details.
How do I make a claim?
Take your vehicle to a repair facility; inform that service department that you have Xtended Auto coverage. The repair facility will diagnose the issue and contact our claims department for authorization for the repair. PRE-AUTHORIZATION MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE REPAIRS ARE STARTED. We deal directly with the repair facility to get you back on the road as quickly as possible.
Where do I go to get my vehicle repaired?
You can take your vehicle to any licensed repair facility of your choice.
How does the repair invoice get paid?
We deal directly with the repair facility, that means no out of pocket expenses for you.
What happens if I sell my vehicle before the end of the term?
If you sell your vehicle, you can transfer your Xtended Auto coverage to the new owner, increasing the resale value of your vehicle.
