Our Xtended RV protection plans offer the below additional benefits:
Rental Expense
Reimbursement of $75 per 8 hours to a maximum of $500 per occurrence for substitute transportation in the case of a covered repair.
Additional Rental Expense
Rental benefit will be increased up to 5 additional days ($50 per day maximum) in cases of covered major component (Engine, Transmission, Drive Axle) failure and/or parts delay for any covered repair.
Service Calls
Up to $200 for on-site service calls if your unit cannot be moved. Benefit can be increased to $400 with surcharge.
Trip Interruption
Up to $600 per occurrence available for hotel/meal expense if your RV is disabled more than 100 kms from home.
Food Spoilage
Up to $150 reimbursement for food spoilage from a covered refrigerator repair.
Towing
Reimbursement for towing in the event of a covered mechanical breakdown 100 km from home. Towing reimbursement amount is dependent on coverage selection and if any additional coverage options have been selected.
Roadside Assistance
Up to $100 per occurrence for each of the following;

What is the limit that will be covered under my Xtended Plan?
The total limit that will be covered per claim is the value of your vehicle at the time of breakdown. The total claims limit that will be paid out for the duration of your coverage is the purchase price of the vehicle.
What is the difference between Ultimate and Select coverage?
Ultimate coverage is exclusionary coverage, this means that every component within your unit IS covered unless listed on a short list of exclusions. Select coverage is listed component coverage, meaning that the covered components can be found listed in the terms and conditions of your contract.
Is there a deductible?
Although you can purchase a $0 deductible plan on new units, the standard plan includes a small deductible of $100 per breakdown. There are also options of a $50, $200 or $250 deductibles available.
How do I make a claim?
Take your vehicle to a repair facility; inform that service department that you have Xtended coverage. The repair facility with diagnose the issue and contact our claims department for authorization for the repair. PRE-AUTHORIZATION MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE REPAIRS ARE STARTED. We deal directly with the repair facility to get you back on the road as quickly as possible.
